Ball Mill Shell Change-Out

JNE was retained by IOCC to develop a methodology to change out a Ball Mill shell in their concentration plant. The weight of the Ball Mill shell exceeded the rated capacity of the overhead crane. JNE had developed a 3-D model to investigate the clearance requirements to use a mobile to tandem lift the shell with the overhead crane.
